Professional cleaning application sectors are continually increasing, thanks to investments in the creation of more compact, versatile and user-friendly models that can be operated in a wide variety of places.
Fimap has always been committed to diversification on the market, offering models that have a significant technological content and making a major contribution to operator/machine interaction and to environmental friendliness.
Continuing with a production that respects these values, the company has for some time focussed on bringing professional cleaning where it has never been before.

With this aim, over recent years, Fimap has launched a number of highly revolutionary scrubbing machine models, like Genie, Mxr and iMx. Each of these models has caused a positive stir in the professional cleaning market, demonstrating that there is still much to be done and that can be offered. The walk-behind Genie opened up a new market segment, providing the opportunity of ensuring the benefits of mechanised cleaning where it was not previously possible.

Mxr can claim credit for taking ride-on cleaning where previously walk-behind models were the only option, allowing cleaning operators to work sitting down, therefore more conveniently and rapidly. Some of the technological solutions applied to Mxr have brought about the development of the iMx scrubbing machine, with similar characteristics, a more ergonomic design and a higher recyclability index, a machine that is even more simply to use and reliable.

Then there are the developments in the sweeping machine sector: with the FSR, Fimap has reinvented the sweeping machine, creating a decidedly compact, totally ergonomic, practical and simple ride-on model that can sweep outdoor paving and indoor flooring including carpeting. Still not satisfied, the company makes it in two versions, one battery driven and the other hybrid. The FSR Hybrid combines a gasoline engine and batteries, succeeding in working for 7.5 hours: therefore a long operating range to be made use of comfortably seated.

All these revolutions, besides the advantages mentioned above, also share another concept: cleaning should not depend on how hard the operator works.
It can be said that, over the past few years, Fimap has begun an authentic battle with sq.m., with increasingly compact models to help clean professionally everywhere, making the results qualitatively better and less tiring.

Now Fimap is launching a new product on the market, one that falls into the sweeping machine category, even though it is a decidedly model on a human scale; it is called Broom and is a lightweight and compact electric broom that serves as a practical and rapid solution between a broom and a larger vacuum cleaner. It picks up small amounts of dust and soil without having to bend over as you would with a broom, and without the power cable typical of vacuum cleaners. How does it work? Broom is fitted with a lithium battery, guaranteeing up to 40 minutes of operation, and it can be recharged at any time, so that it is always ready when needed. It picks up soil easily and collects it in a practical drawer that can be removed and emptied in a moment. It is only 15 cm in depth, so it reaches under tables, chairs and furniture, it cleans along the edges of walls and follows the outline of furnishings, reaching into corners.
Convenience is its essential quality: its telescopic handle, its ergonomic handgrip and 360° rotation allow uninhibited and natural movements, without effort, in fact they make the work a positive and pleasant experience. Moreover it is lightweight, it can be carried wherever it is needed without effort and is therefore extremely versatile. It really can be used in very many ways.
Broom is ready to enter homes and small retail businesses. In homes, it can be used in any area, from the kitchen to the garage, from the terrace to the entry path or drive. In the professional environment, it will be very useful in shops, boutiques, small supermarkets, craft workshops and in bars, restaurants, cafés and pastry shops.
